Details matter

Details are always the most important because that is where problems most often occur. We treat each order individually. We never make lamps "on time" because we are not interested in mass customer service. Many times we have heard from customers that they can not call, that we have long deadlines, that we do not respond to messages. Unfortunately, in order to meet the deadline and at the same time not lead to a situation where we would have to work en masse, sometimes we are not able to respond to contact from our customers. In return, we offer defect-free lamps - the percentage of complaints is less than 1% per year.
